I purchased a Scarlet Card from Walgreens. I can’t access the money I loaded on the card. There is no customer service to a talk too. No retailer, including Walgreens is accepting the prepaid debit card I purchased at Walgreen. I was forced to register for a Walgreen account which after this disaster I don’t think I will ever go back to Walgreens. This is a scam!
