Around June of 2023, we had received an email from Camp-K12 about the funding being too less to continue with classes. We had accepted that and moved forward. After a few weeks, the due date for that fundraise was over and the classes were supposed to restart but they didn’t, they sent another email about either getting a refund or starting classes with a new camp. We chose refund because our daughter is in 9th grade and she was busy with her studies. I sent a mail regarding that and waited for a reply. We did get a reply but all it said was “The backend team is working on it” and never got a reply back. We continued to mail them again and again. No reply. I have recently sent a mail again to them and are still waiting for a reply. We have been extremely patient with the process but I am done with being patient. My money has illegally been stolen and I need for it to be returned. Their company assures parents that they will get a “refund” back and many parents like I have been scammed. We need justice and assurance. Please help us take action. Do whatever you need to get your money back. Spam them with emails, take this case to the court or make them know the consequences. Parents who are about to join their children please understand that this whole thing is a scam. Thank You
