When the marketing division from Camp K12 contacts you, they verbally state that if the child, after enrollment, is dissatisfied with the classes after a while, we are eligible for a refund for the remaining classes. However, my younger brother wished to discontinue as the teachers were not up to the mark, and their executives who would make marketing calls to my mother everyday before the payment was made, have been ignoring us for months. They deceive the naive common man by verbally promising a refund if we ever wished to discontinue, and then exploit the fact that they never went on record.
