My son started taking his coding and AOC classes from July 2021 with Campk12; there were a lot of problems that he faced in terms of technical glitches due to their low standards; also, he wasn’t happy with the teachers assigned to teach coding; then, in July 2022, his classes started getting cancelled for reasons not known to us; I then wrote to them on the 13th of July to discontinue the classes as we were no longer keen on continuing and my son too had lost interest because of their unprofessional behaviour. After my repeated mails, a senior executive, Roshni Garg, from their end asked me to send my bank details on the 24th of July which I sent promptly the next day. Then they kept quiet about it despite my constant reminders to them through mails; then on Nov 30th, Roshni Garg sent me an email saying that the amount to be refunded to me was 38007 INR. I was somewhat relaxed, but to my horror, after a week or so, I got a call from some other executive of CampK12 saying that since I had raised a request to discontinue the classes after one year of the initiation of the course I wasn’t eligible for the refund; my question is had they been sleeping on their refund policy for the last 6 months, only to realize it now. Who is to be blamed for them waking up about their policy now, after engaging me in emails after emails for so many months; if this was so, they should have mentioned it in their very first mail when I had asked for the refund. I am really frustrated and now want to be compensated for my time, energy and effort that I spent in writing to them for so many months. They should be liable to pay for their unprofessional and inefficient work ethics.
