I have Airtel postpaid connection and since 21st May my calls are disabled i.e., incoming and outgoing both. I raised a complain in airtel on 22nd May and even called them. According to the executive it was supposed to get fixed in 24hrs, but according to ticket in 8 days.
No changes after 24hrs so I waited for 10 more days.
No resolution.
I called customer care and was convinced that within 3days my issue will be solved. It has been 5days now.
Airtel is just wasting my time. I am working from home so please understand and important it is for me to have network.
This is not the first time, my money has gone for waste just because of airtel’s fault a lot of times.
