Hi sir/mam,
This is in regard with the issue that I am facing with my number and the issue is whenever I receive a call, my phone rangs for 10 seconds and then the call gets automatically disconnected. To resolve the issue, i have changed my sim card, tried in multiple cells and even tried changing the location.
I have even contacted Airtel customer care but they just give you false hope by raising a ticket. After few days, the ticked automatically gets closed with the comments stating ‘Issue Resolved’.
Please help me out in this. I have also the attached the tickets which are opened for the same issue but now are closed but the issue still persist.
