Text of Complaint by Dr. Mugdha Kulkarni:

Dear sir.

We were facing problem with broadband which use to be nonfunctional for 15 days a month since last 2 years. After repeated complaints problem was persistent. Decided to discontinue broadband and wanted to continue phone connection.

Called customer care to request for same, but executives told us that we cannot continue same no. , even though we were one of earliest customer of Airtel since 1997.

One of executives called us that she will try to continue no.  But our connection was disconnected.

Just before disconnection request we cleared complete outstanding bill ,but we keep on getting calls for bill payment as well now they keep on billing amount even though connection is disconnected in Jan 2020 and now quality of calls is of threatening in nature.

Please do the needful. It was a big setback as changing no. Of nursing home , but because of inability to continue no. From Airtel without broadband , we had to change whole stationery and many boards, and now we have accepted change. Now just stop calling for payment of bills for disconnected connection.
