I am facing this problem from last 3 days. and not able to call customer care. sometimes call gets connected and discunnected abruptly.

Dear Sir,
I have complain regarding slow internet connection and sudden call drop.
I’m facing this problem right from 1st of December 2018.
Please take necessary action to improve the network quality.so that we need not to migrate to other service providers.
