When calling from any jio mobile to a non-jio mobile, the ringer happens for only 15 seconds. That is if the receiver of a non-jio subscriber doesn’t answer a call from jio subscriber within first 15 seconds then the call gets disconnected automatically. Where as when it is a call from Jio to Jio then the ringer continues until complete 1 minute. Customer care is not ready to log the complaint for this.
