Dear Sir, Very Good Morning,
I had ported my SIM from BSNL to Airtel, because of only Network problem. Now a days I am facing network issue in Airtel more than BSNL.
From last 10 to 15 days I am communicating with Airtel customer care by phone as well as Email also, but no any single feedback from them. I am surprised after receiving feedback from Airtel they said your email I D not register at us..
Each and every call dropping while calling.. I think they dont know call dropping is a bad sign to Airtel, Govt. had passed on statement If any once call drop that call cost to pay to customer..
