Hi Sir/Madam,
I am glad to inform you that your customer care team and network team both are very irresponsible. They do nothing to resolve my network complaints even after 2 months. My Mobile is 9671848363 and I have a postpaid connection.
My complaint number for voice quality issues is 31-3050110769845 which was created on 7th June 2020 and Internet issues is 31-3091286353246 which was created on 26th June 2020 but there is no solution till today.
So please I request you to resolve my issues as soon as possible.
