I had called Tata sky to deactivate my device and services in the month of July 2022. I also asked them to come to pick up the set top box and the other accessories. They said they will send a technician. When noone came after 10 days, I called again and told them that I am vacating the premises and they need to get it removed asap. The customer service representative told me to throw it or give it to someone since it is of no use to Tata sky. I was actually upset since that was terribly irresponsible of them. Anyways I moved from that place and didn’t use their services. Today on 2nd December, almost 5 months since the initial request, I received a call from Tata sky representative who asked me when to send a technician to pick up the device. Are they kidding me??? After 5 months??? After they told me to throw it??? What is wrong with you guys??? How do you train your customer care representatives??? What kind of records to you keep???
