I am using post paid aietel connection cell no 9886166265,

I unable to connect my parents phone number (07262096286), I given complain regarding this but still it was not solved the problem. I am paying proper bill in every month ,

this is the my parents number and I was not connected with him , with other number it was getting connected.

please resolve the issue.
