Dear Sir,
From last couple of weeks some unknown person to whom I doesn’t make any call were calling me and saying that they are receiving calls from my number but their is no such call which is made by me to them. I tried to call Airtel customer care number to report this issue all the customer care number but their is no representative who pick the call or resolve the issues Airtel is just busy in describe further plan to take like caller tune , SMS, etc. to make money no one care about the customer support services, because of which I am very very disappointed from their service. Now I just want you to look in this matter and do necessary what you think important because as may be some other person is making call from my number which is critical issue that is because of Airtel’s Low class services and they were advertising that we are always here to resolve Quarry but no one is their once you purchase the Airtel sim.
