Just for an outstanding of Rs 400 which was overdue for 4 days as payment due date was 21st July, Airtel has discontinued and barred all my mobile services. There was a provision of late payment fine in next bill but Airtel didn’t even wait for that. I am using this no from last 8 years without any such complaint in past. Very disappointed with this inhuman behaviour. I have 4 members of my family connected through this one family plan and we all were highly disturbed with this action. My dad needed some medical help that time when his phone was barred and he had to call from someone’s phone.
