We are just 2-3 days due post the EMI due date and the loan collection guys have sent emails, threatening on calls asking to make payment within 24 hours or else law suit will be filed for missing deadline payment. Seriously, without giving due consideration to customers how can you force anyone to act in such a way. This is completely unethical of you and your team threatening customers and forcing payments when customer is not in a condition to make any.
