There’s a call forwarding which has been activated on my phone as well as my parents phone. This has been happening again and again and despite raising complaint with the service provider, both Airtel and Vodaphone we continue to face such issues. Recently I tried to connect with my mother on her phone no (+91-8006367763) through my phone no (+91-8448516251) there was some stranger who picked the call (has happened many times before). Within a few seconds the call was diverted on its own. Now I found that there’s a call forwarding in my phone on some unknown random number. This blatant breach of privacy is highly objectionable and despite trying to fix things by calling up customer care, I find myself and my aging parents (who stay in different city) in same situation every now and then.
Now the court of law is the only place where any fair justice is possible as the service providers have faulted again and again.
