Hi I have been using my vodaphone number for years. Suddenly from last 5days no incoming calls getting connected to my number. Whoever is trying to call me IVR telling them that ca is forwarding to other number when I checked with all settings of my phone call forwarding is not enabled and I have my active plan.
Now I called to the customer care spoke to Soma she gave me remedies which not worked.
Again I called n spoke to Afroj Alam n also he gave me as usual disgusting remidies again nit worked.
After that incident I m trying to call vodaphone care again but m unable to speak to amy of zr agent as ur ivr is not taking my inputs to contact any agent but every is working fine like balance check etc.
M very much disappointed with vodaphone service. This is my official number n if the issue will not resolved asap thn I ll port my number to othe service provider. I never expected such disgusting n unprofessional behaviour from Vodafone of being a long-term member.
