My mother has an airt number of which all the calls are being forwarded to a jio number +918057177917 owned by a stranger. When i brought this matter to the knowledge of Airtel customer care they didn’t take any action to resolve the issue. Now all incoming calls are being forwarded to that jio number, and there’s been no such forwarding done from our end. It’s just been set up by airtel without our knowledge.
