Jio this is the first post about my network issues (CallFailed) that I see every single day. I have made numerous calls to customer care reporting the call outgoing/incoming issues though the mobile shows 2 bars. For this reason, I have missed many important calls that includes my interviews, home delivers and Family matters. It was apparently accepted by Jio Team that their is an existing Network Issue and would promise to fix the issue by deploying new tower. I tried to port my number to a diff network but got to know that request was rejected by JIO for porting. This is happening since 6 plus months. Jio Wifi is neither working or helping. No one from the JIO care has a clue on fixing the issue. They Just recommend the standard steps which is available already on the Internet.
