Dear All,
I have been associated with airtel network since so many years and I was happy with Airtel services where I was used to reside earlier but since last three and half years am experienced with lot of issues regarding call receiving,call drops and sound Echoes and very poor 4G network at my current residence.I had Lodged so many complains since last three years but still my issues are increasing not resolved yet. My last complain number is 31-3519247919260 and today I also spoke with your Nodal officer ( Saud Anwar ) and not really happy with talking with him .
I simply asked to Saud Anwar that pls provide me Escalation metrix or contact detail wherein I can raise my old concerns but he denied to give me any details straight away and not provided valid satisfactory resolution .
So Now my only concern is that pls provide me the all back log of my lodged complain with Airtel since last three years so I can put my case with complete details to TRAI .
