Since a week there is a huge network issue in Airtel. This is one of the worst network issues I have ever faced. Call ends abruptly, it never connects despite being in full networks. There is no customer care service too. 121 or 198 doesn’t have any option direct to contact the airtel. Right now before writing this complaint I called 10 times and not once I could hear any voice from other side. This company is looting in the name of service. Plus what is this crap of compulsory recharge of 35 Rs in a month? I don’t usually call. So if I gave 100 Rs balance in my phone, why would i be forced to do a recharge of 35Rs ? Or get my outgoing services stopped? This is loot in the name of the giving *4G* services. I don’t understand how did government allow this to prevail? Please look into the matter. Its really serious and annoying. My brother had an accident and we could not call him because of these issues. Thank God, his friend had a non Airtel number.
