sir , i have complaint to Jio about having continues call drop and other isuues releted to call from 4 months , they have checked and told me that the network is fine is my area . however this is happening in all area’s , i have checked with other phone and jio sim aswell but it was fine , i have even asked them to register my complain but no avail. before joining to jio , i was told by the teleoperator that there wont be any issue in the area also even verified by the Jio store person but now no one is paying attention to the issue . due to their negligees and not solving the call drop issue , i have today almost a important person as when i was trying to call that person it was not connecting and even not receiving any call.
