Dear Sir

With reference to lot of reminders to AIRTEL customer service for call drop,   (My cell No. 9975503354)

my 1st written complaint on 16th November 2018 for call drop –  same day I got a call and setting from customer service, but no results
after that they convince for card change,
then go for mobile change

Every time I got a call from customer service from different executive,  IN that time, we didn’t get a call from any airtel offer or resolve the problem

Please find below conversation had with Airtel customer service

I do as per the instructions from them but we did not get any  result,  I am facing same problem from Sept. 2018

Now a days they taken me a granted and till date I am facing same problem,  now the problem is increase

Request you to please let me know the further action against this problem from AIRTEL

2: Tap on Dual SIM & Mobile.
3: Tap on Internet.
4: Tap on SIM1 or SIM2.

Note: On selecting the SIM for Internet the highest network (4G/3G/2G) will be selected automatically.
5: Tap on Switch.
6: Tap on Back.
7: Tap on SIM1 or SIM2.
8: Tap on VoLTE Calls to turn off.
9: Tap on Home.

 

The VOLTE deactivation TAT is 4 hours. Hope this response clarifies your query upto your satisfaction.

As discussed on 9975503354, our records indicate that the services from our end are working fine. However, I understand that not being able to use the service has inconvenienced you.

 

Let me understand the issue further. Firstly, allow me to assist you with troubleshooting at your end which will resolve the issue faster.

 

Please follow the below:

1. The network is on dual mode.

2. “Switch off” your handset, remove the SIM card.

3. “Switch on” the phone without the SIM card.

4. “Switch off” your handset, insert the SIM card (insert in slot one in case of a dual SIM handset) and restart the phone.

5. Also try using the SIM in another handset, if you continue to face the problem, then it could be a SIM issue. Request you to visit the nearest airtel
relationship center for a SIM replacement.

 

Do ensure to carry the below documents and fill in a SIM replacement form.

i. Proof of identity.

ii. Proof of address.

iii. Latest passport size photograph.

 

The new SIM will be charged at Rs 25/-.

 

Post submission of documents at the airtel store, the new SIM will be activated within 4 hours from the time of purchase. Enclosed is the list of airtel relationship centres for your reference.

To safeguard against any misuse the SMS service will be resumed after 24 hours of new SIM activation. The old SIM will be permanently deactivated; all contacts and messages will be lost.
