I’m using airtel network from since 2 years. 20days back I changed my plan from 499 to 299. From that day onwards my calls getting dropped in the middle, sometimes call are not even connecting and am not able to use my internet. From that day I called to customer care many times and visited nearest airtel store mutliple times and did whatever they asked me to but I didn’t get any solution as of now. They are not even responding properly. Their response is like “we’ll try to fix your problem.. if you port to another provier also we don’t care”.. am getting this kind if response from airtel.. worst service from airtel network.
