- The Airtel has big issue on call drops. Most of the times, calls get disconnected automatically. Also the sound quality is very low. Very much disturbance is there, so we don’t understand what the caller is saying. There is no tab or button in Airtel thanks app to log complaint or grievance. The app tells us to call on no.121. when we call on that number, we are told to log complaint on the app. So its a loop to not to take any complaints.
