Dear Nodelofficer;
I’m writing this mail with all my frustration that airtel is not solving my network issue at my home. Have been having calls drops for every 20 second. Its irritating that airtel still says they are working on this issue.
I have logged online complaint status still says work in progress. Every time I call 121 they say same thing but no resolution.
In case of one day payment delay they call hundred times to remind the payment to be made.
My compliant # 31-3006192667977 raised on 21st May and expected date of closure was 29th May. Had raise same network issue one year back still not addressed.
Call drop details are available on my mobile bill to prove now pathetic it is.
Airtel is taking customers for a ride.
What should I do?????
