Now it seems to me that due to the increase in airtel customers, now airtel is not able to provide satisfactory service to the customer. I think someone has to look for better service provider than airtel. Time has come to reduce the burden of airtel. Giving good services has not been under the control of airtel. I am tired of complaining to customer care.
I suffered a lot due to mobile network. In which I have lost my job due to my call drop and internet not working.
I am continuously registering complaint on customer care but every time 10 to 15 days time is given to me.I pay a bill of Rs 1180 per month to Airtel. Still the services are absolutely shoddy.
