I am using Airtel prepaid service. I am facing a call drop issue since joining their service. I have filed many complaints on their mobile application for the call drop issue but they never sincerely respond or try to resolve it. Every time they give the same reason for tower up-gradation. I am owning a small business and this call drop issue seriously affects my business as it mostly happens at my office. It makes a negative impact on my client and ultimately it impacts my business. I have tried many times to contact Airtel’s Customer Care Center but there is no solution from them. Finally tired, I am complaining here. Request for help to diagnose my problem earliest.
