I am facing the call drop issue from a very long time and I havd tried everything from changing the handset to getting a new airtel sim but the problem is not solving so you can cut the part where you suggest to try these solutions and work on solving the problem.
Other than this the 4g network doesn’t work at many places and I am regretting badly for recharging for 3 months.
I have recharged for the unlimited calling and internet but feel like cheated since I can’t even make a call which last more than 10 seconds, so whats the point of recharging.
Earlier I didn’t had to.make so much of calls but now that I have to but I am unable to.
The least they can do is return my money and then I can port the sim to some other network. As it is very difficult to expect the solution of this problem from them.
