I had played 3games in call break in which players left the table without completing since they left game over at that point and i lost. it happened 3 times continuously with same pattern with same common players , i complained about this and i got entry fee refund of only one game when i asked about other two, which had same issue and same day game between 5-10min gape, they denied after some explaining one of his agent said i am refunding wait for 12 hours ,i waited when amount is not credited i again asked and complained then they started denying again ,they started to miss lead by saying its a issue from your end,then said it’s a rule,then again new reason . Point is when 3games have same issue and one game entry fee is refunded then why not other 2, and if there is a rule they why they refunded one game entry fee, means there is a issue. If there is not a issue then why there team promise me for refund and why they are dening now after i waited for 12 hours.
Please go through this and help me to get justice
