I am writing to you to bring to your attention that I have yet to receive my cake that I ordered on March 28, 2023 (22098780) . I am disappointed to have not received my order, and it has caused me inconvenience as it was intended for a special event.
Therefore, I would like to request a full refund of my payment to my original payment method as soon as possible.
