REFERENCE CAF NUMBER : 1005286

PAYMENT REFERENCE : 409399847

We had requested for a Xtream Broadband connection on 10th of April.  All documents submitted to the Sales Rep Mr Srinivasan @ 9036060999 as per his guidance, and payment for INR 3532 paid on 10th April as advance rental.   However, until now, no one has come in to finalise and arrange installation.  We have been continusouly trying to reach out to Mr Srinivasan, but there is no satisfactory answer.   Matter also escalated to Mr Raghavendara (TSM, Sales and solutions ) @ 9900643464 .  A mail also raised to 121@airtel.com .

Sadly there is no response and final assistance given.   Request you to please look into this and advise further.   In case, if there is anything  missing from our end, please do let us know, so we could help you get that done.   Looking foward for a positive result.
