Subject: Complaint regarding unsatisfactory Jio Fiber Service
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to officially lodge a complaint regarding my Jio Fiber connection ID: 5473580450, installed at my residence 363/5, Near Sharda Narayan Hospital, Sahadatpura, Distt.: Mau-275101 U.P.
For the past three days, I have been facing persistent issues with my internet connection. The connection is frequently disrupted, and the speed is much lower than what was promised as per my subscription plan. This ongoing problem has caused significant inconvenience, especially since I rely on the internet for work-from-home and other essential activities.
Despite registering complaints by calling your customer care helpline Service Request number SR00002K850J, and visit to your office and lodge complaint but there has been no any resolution. Distance between your office and my residence is 200 meters.
I kindly request you to resolve this matter at the earliest and ensure that my connection is restored to the promised standards. If the problem persists, I may be compelled to consider discontinuing the service.
