I have taken online classes from byjus worth 85000 nd I have paid 35000 through monthly EMI. But I haven’t received books yet and regarding this matter I tried to raise my concern but they haven’t answered me. This led to loss of my studies from last five months. Due to this disturbance I am cancelling my course but they are not cancelling it.
