we have opted for a Byjus offline classes and we are not happy with the classes so tried cancelling the subscription, asked us to send a mail to cnacel and there is no reply from Byjus.
tried sending multiple miles and contacted by phone with the authorized persons to cancel bu no response.please help us here.
