We have taken membership from BYJUS for class 5 and 8. But the education is not upto mark and not satisfied. I am trying to cancel membership for the last 3 months first by telephonic message later by mails. But BYJUS people are not cooperating and not cancelling my membership. Also they are deducting loan installments every month Kindly guide us how I can cancel my membership and how to proceed legally and what action I should take.
