My name is Abhijit Kumar Sahoo from Puri, Odisha
On 27.01.2023 Byju’s a Person Soumya Kumar Mangaraj (8458089087) came to my house to discuss regarding Byju classes. That time we are not interested to subscribe the Byju but he forces us to take this & told that as per their terms and conditions free trail will be for 15 days from the receiving the Byju Kit and after that if you want to cancel the subscription money will be paid back. On that condition we took Byju’s subscription for four years on trail basis by paying money of Rs. 96000 from my HDFC Credit Card on loan basis EMI:4000 for 24months (Principal Amount Rs 81,696 & Interest of 14,304). After Payment when i ask for Tax Invoice Byju’s a Person told me that it will received on your mail with detail subscription(Order summary). Till date Byju neither share any receipt nor given course fee details. Last Byju kit was received on 05Feb2023.
After 7days we realized that my child is going through eye strain, so we decided to cancel it. Immediately on dtd:12-Feb-23 I started sending mails to them for cancellation but every time they are saying ok it is under process. Again send another mail on Dtd:15-Feb-23 but no response from them. Now recently one of their senior manager Mr. Amit called to me and spoken very rudely saying that your money will not be paid and said do whatever you want to do.
