Myself Gungun kumari daughter of Mr. Ajay Kumar Gupta from dhanbad jharkhand, in September my father had a meeting with byjus regarding tuitions for my younger sister who is studying in std 5th , There he was told that your daughter is selected among top students and she should be given tuitions from byjus .. Then my father booked for online byjus tution and paid around 16000 at that time and later we wanted to cancel the same but they told once you receive the byjus tablet after that within 15 days you can cancel and your money would be refunded, then before 15 days my father mailed for cancellation of the subscription and also spoke to multiple people from byjus, everytime we got the response that we’ll get a call back but never got one it has been more than 2 months now and monthly installments of around 6000 or 7000 is being debited from our account inspite of cancellation request, the total amount lost by us till now is 23500…
