I have bought Byjus two year course for my daughter through initial payment of 12000 and payment of remaining amount through EMI. I received Byjus product on April 22 2023. But, my daughter joined hostel for her higher studies and couldn’t continue Byju’s coruse. So, i requested Byjus support team and cancellation team to cancel the course and the EMI. Starting from May 19 2023, I have made several calls to Byju’s customer care and mailed severel times to support and cancellation team. But, they are not cancelling my EMI.
