Byjus Sales person sold a product forcefully and have taken loans with third parties on my behalf without my consent. I have been threatened for repayment though I have asked for the cancellation since the first month and there has been no response at all.
My account has been debited twice by them for the EMI in spite of giving a Stop request for the ECS.
