With all due respect, I want to bring to your kind attention that I (Prashant Singh) had taken a five year plan of byjus for my son Mayank Singh and Prithvi Singh. Under which my children also studied for a year but did not get any special result and the younger one did not even catch the tab but somehow we completed the tenure of one year. In this one year, after taking payment from byjus, I did not get any special support, nor did I get mentor support, which I would like to call a bunch of robbers in my own language.
Therefore, you are requested to deduct the fee for one year and refund the full amount for four years.
