Sir,
We want to discontinue with Byjus due to bad behaviour of your payment manager and non assistance in solving the problem regarding laptop working and charger issue
Today after 2months i got charger but now it’s of no use.
Kindly guide us how to cancel the byjus membership.it is not appropriate way to treat a customer complaint.. BYJUS harresing unnessary to continue with it.
1) complaint was not handled on time.you
Took 2months to send just a charger to us.
2) zero technical assistance.
3)byjus want charges , if there is technical issue in their hardware ,and after so many requests around 2months they are sending just charger
4) misbehaviour by payment manager of byjus unnessary.
5) unnessary calls and msgs to customer,even if byjus is unable to solve a problem.
Kindly cancel this membership as early bas possible.

Sir,
I am continuously requesting Byjus team, that laptop is not working,either thier is some technical problem or charger problem,kindly send your executive from last month. And now when my problem is not solved and byjus is asking me for another installation, first of all byjus should be operative. I got several msgs and calls regarding this.some msgs are in late evening and may be after 10 or 11pm. My inbox is full i am unable to find msgs .from other contacts.
Your employee Riya Bhatia , rather on checking with her team or system, completely forget the professional ethics and problem in laptop which is not solved from last month , harresing me to send her msgs I got from byjus.i am adding screenshots as well.
Again I request her to share some senior number for concern issue of laptop and emi.
She stared loose talk on chatting and dectating the customer to send the screenshots.
I again request her mam first concern is byjus laptop which is not working and second is phone and msgs. She again said you have no proof of msgs … Rather than sorting EMI issue and laptop issues. I send her msgs screen shots , then she said just ti not asking for all the msgs ,only 10to 11am msgs
Sir is this way to call the customer,you people rather than working on technical issue or any complaint regarding byjus threatening the customers.
Kindly take you byjus laptop and refund our money
