Byju’s Counselor made a promise that the product will be refundable for 2-6 months whenever we want to cancel the subscription but now they are denying and not canceling my course.
Moreover, we possess all the video evidence of a counseling session where Nitesh appeared to be evading our concerns and failing to provide satisfactory explanations we have Saumya Roy and Swastika Sinha as proof in the counseling session on Zoom. Additionally, the counselors had explicitly mentioned the above return policy during our interactions on Zoom Meetings which is recorded by Byjus. We have not received any policy details in mail or sent on email he cheated about the course.
