I had Enrolled for GATE course which was for 41000Rs. I had paid 5000 for admission and rest 36000 was financed through debit card EMI. I have cancelled the course and they are not providing me my refund nor the loan is cancelled. Very arrogantly they speak and tell to wait for 24 hrs seniors will contact, but no call back is received. The byjus cc tells me that there is no way we can contact the respective people for the refund solution ,They create a loop and ask us to wait and waste our time. Very Unsatisfying behavior of Byjus after sales.
