I have purchase Byjus subscription on 20 feb 2022 from 6th to 10th standard online and offline classes, for which I have received email confirmation from Byjus, last two weeks ago suddenly found ‘expired subscription’ message and now they are telling, session is deactivated due to session is expired. I haven’t received any email or message for the same. They are not responding to calls and emails. No classes are happening from last 15 days. We are feeling like cheated. Please consider this as a fraud case and required action as we are frustrated calling and emailing them.
