I by mistake recharged my old airtel No 9888833207 for Rs 598/- on 08 July 2021 which is not is service While i was to recharge my New airtel No 9501133207 for the same. I Request to the Nodal Officer to transfer my amount in my new No 9501133207 but did not give satisfied answer to solve my problem.
Second problem is that my airtel TV ID No 30154-78670 was not functioning so i complaint to airtel to set my dish . I rechared my airtel TV for Rs 222/- on 03 June 2021.Airtel tell me to pay Rs150/- for mechanic visit. But when airtel mechanic come i said him to fix my dish from another place than mechanic demand Rs 250/- . I refuesed to pay Rs 250/-. Than airtel blocked my TV channals. So my TV is also not functioning after recharge the TV.
