In my prepaid number one 1 year plan already active and By Mistake 379 recharge is done in my mobile number on 6th April 2021. now both plan are active together. my payment is done through Airtel thanks app by wallet. I called on 121 they are saying payment done through wallet so refund can be initiate by wallet team, call on 400 for this. I called on 400 they are saying payment is done through Airtel thanks app so we can’t initiate refund. call on 121 for this problem. My problem is not resolved yet either refund should be initiate or 379 plan should be active after my 1 year plan expired.
