I have recharged my active jio number 6362903036 and other 3 prepaid accounts was mapped and i am not using them and there are prepaid numbers by mistake all the 3 numbers got recharged which i am not using it .When i call CC they told they can refund the money .

Seriously they dont have policy to refund thats what the agent says.

i need my money back Rs 693

Please help me out.
