I have ordered a Boat WS 131 on 28 August 2022 from the Flipkart app next day at evening I received the courier of my product but when I open it it was the duplicate and used moreover damaged of local brand.
When I ask for replacement of that product that I received the BuzzIndia Flipkart seller denied to change that product

I would like to raise a complaint against bus seller for delivering wrong item and not taking a necessary action these increasing day by day kind proceed with
